Job summary

My Ride to Work is seeking a Safety Supervisor to support the Elko market in Nevada. The role emphasizes safety-first operations, driver coaching, and incident investigation across the fleet, with emphasis on training initiatives and compliance with safety standards.

You will design and deliver safety trainings, maintain driver files, and ensure vehicles have functioning safety equipment, while coordinating with the Safety and Training manager and Operations manager on safety actions and ongoing

Responsibilities

• Drive a safety-first culture in the Elko market to support drivers and staff.
• Investigate incidents and send reports to the Safety and Training manager.
• Design training courses based on weekly safety checks and Samsara trends.
• Complete post-accident re-training.
• Audit safety equipment and perform monthly safety checks.
• Review Samsara safety events and coach drivers on behavior.
• Schedule coaching and assign coaches for safety events.
• Deliver driver training initiatives and safety courses.
