Job summary

NGL Transportation Inc. is seeking a dedicated Driver Safety & Operations Manager in Georgia to oversee ELD adherence, DOT/FMCSA compliance, and driver safety coaching. The role also covers driver recruiting, disciplinary actions, and termination processes, plus maintenance scheduling and safety meetings.

This full‑time position offers daytime hours and an hourly pay range based on experience. You will collaborate with dispatchers and mechanics to keep equipment safe and compliant, ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience ensuring DOT/FMCSA compliance for a fleet.
• Proven ability to recruit CDL drivers and manage performance.
• Record-keeping of driver qualification files and safety records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor driver ELD logs daily to ensure compliance with HOS regulations.
• Provide immediate support for ELD issues or violations.
• Coordinate truck and chassis repairs and maintenance responses.
• Manage DOT inspections and related compliance requirements.
• Coordinate driver recruiting, disciplinary actions, retraining, and termination processes.
• Maintain driver qualification files and safety records.
• Track PM inspection schedules and coordinate maintenance with mechanics.
• Prepare and conduct quarterly safety meetings.
