Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
• Extensive background in employee management and customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Greater Orlando area.
• Florida Driver’s License.
• Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open door policy for all drivers and act as liaison between drivers and management.
• Review driver files and recommend actions to the Assistant Director of Driver Relations.
• Manage driver attendance, payroll information, gratuity records, and uniform orders.
• Resolve operational and customer complaints and collaborate with Scheduling, Cashiers, and Dispatchers.
• Work with other Driver Managers to ensure smooth operations.
