As our fleet continues to grow to 300+ drivers, we want to make sure the driver experience grows with it. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships with our drivers, leading the driver orientation experience, helping resolve day-to-day questions and concerns, and making sure driver feedback is effectively communicated across the organization. You'll spend a significant part of your day talking directly with drivers, solving problems, coordinating with operations and other departments, and making sure our drivers feel heard, supported, and connected to the company.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and knows how to build trust with different personalities.
The right person will be approachable, organized, responsive, and comfortable having both positive and difficult conversations. You'll need to be able to listen to a driver, understand what they actually need, and then work across the organization to help find a solution.
