Job summary

U.S. Xpress is hiring a Recruiter, Driver to lead the driver recruitment process from sourcing to offer. You will screen, interview, and extend offers in line with USX guidelines and DOT rules, while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role requires 2+ years in a call center or related field, an associate degree, and strong Microsoft Office skills. A hybrid work model with in-office and remote days is supported.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in call center or related field; logistics experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS/tools; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
• Screen, interview and assess applicants per guidelines and DOT rules.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and timely updates.
• Collaborate with leadership to set expectations and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in TenStreet and Pegasus.
