Job summary

Continental Expedited Services is seeking a Truck Driver Recruiter in Clarksville, TN to build strong relationships with Company Drivers, Lease Purchase Drivers and Owner Operators. You will own a high-touch candidate experience from first contact through orientation and early tenure follow-up.

You will partner with Operations, HR and Marketing to create a smooth journey for candidates, track key metrics and continuously improve the recruiting process to support fast-moving transportation teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in trucking, transportation, logistics or high-volume hiring.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements and driver recruiting processes.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.
• Experience with driver management systems such as AvatarFleet, HireRight, BambooHR, Samsara, Sylectus or similar.
• Social media recruiting or driver lead-generation experience is a plus.
• Comfort working across teams and HRIS systems to maintain records.
• Service-minded, improvement-oriented approach to helping drivers make informed career decisions.

Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic, organized Truck Driver Recruiter to build strong relationships with Company Drivers, Lease Purchase Drivers and Owner Operators. This is not a one-contact recruiting role. You will own a high-touch candidate experience from the first conversation through orientation readiness and early-tenure follow-up—helping drivers understand the opportunity, complete the process and start with the support they need to succeed.

What You Will Do

• Respond quickly, build trust and maintain consistent follow-up with qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in trucking, transportation, logistics or a similar high-volume hiring environment.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements and commercial-driver recruiting processes.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities at the same time.
• Experience with recruiting and driver management systems such as AvatarFleet, HireRight, BambooHR, Samsara, Sylectus, or similar.
• Experience with social media recruiting or driver lead-generation campaigns is a plus.
• Comfort working across teams and HRIS systems to maintain accurate records.
• A service-minded, improvement-oriented approach to helping drivers make informed career decisions.

Location
