You will leverage internal and external sources to help customers find the best candidates to meet their needs and ensure ongoing customer success.

You will deliver on regional objectives by building relationships within local communities and collaborating with team members and leaders to meet growth and retention goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and placement of qualified drivers.
• Develop strategy to grow driver count while maintaining safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Market Manager to align on pay rates and job orders.
• Maintain candidate data and generate recruiting reports.
• Engage with drivers and customers to ensure successful placements and retention.
