Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Driver Recruiters and a Recruiting Coordinator.
• Drive recruiting metrics and ensure weekly, monthly, and annual hiring goals are met.
• Improve recruiting workflows and partner with other departments to enhance the candidate experience.
• Analyze trends and initiate process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
