Qualifications

• 4+ years transportation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain, evaluate, and utilize statistical information.
• Strong problem solving and ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Driver Recruiter process and develop plans to maintain staffing growth across fleets.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws and DOT rules.
• Achieve regional hiring goals set by leadership.
• Oversee coaching and development of recruiters to improve performance.
• Develop plans to meet hiring goals for all Company fleets.
• Maintain relationships with Terminal Managers and Business Unit leaders.
• Assist with the driver internal website and job board alignment.
• Structure training and data integrity for the Driver Recruiting staff.
• Direct Recruiting for improved driver retention to meet goals.
• Support other areas within Recruiting as needed.
