You will review P&L statements for your area, coach driving associates on safety, route performance, and retention, and collaborate with planners to assign lanes that maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' in Operations and/or Planning and/or Customer Accounts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fleet of 30+ drivers and optimize availability.
• Review profitability and drive operational efficiency.
• Develop relationships with Driving Associates for safety and retention.
• Coach drivers to maximize mileage and on-time performance.
• Coordinate with planners to assign drivers to optimal lanes.
• Ensure payroll accuracy for drivers and conduct reviews.
