Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Willing to work a schedule that may include nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops a pool of candidates through direct sourcing for multiple open positions.
• Conducts outreach and phone interviews to assess driver qualifications and goals.
• Ensures recruiting goals are met in a timely manner.
• Matches candidates with pay plans and routes based on experience and preferences.
• Provides accurate details on compensation, benefits, routes, and home time.
