Qualifications

• Inside sales or recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience in trucking industry is a plus.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office; basic internet browser skills.

Responsibilities

• Review company provided leads via work queue.
• Dial out to qualified candidates.
• Screen and qualify candidates for fit to culture and environment.
• Follow-up, when necessary, with additional requested information to candidates.
• Management and documentation of candidate flow using proprietary CRM.
• This position is highly demanding and requires patience and professionalism.
