C.R. England, Inc. in the Salt Lake City area seeks a Driver Recruiter in West Valley City, UT. The role will prospect candidates for our Dedicated and Over-The-Road positions in a fast-paced, high call volume environment.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour plus uncapped commission. Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Responsibilities include dialing qualified candidates, screening for culture fit, and managing candidate flow in our CRM.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience required.
• Inside sales or recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience in trucking industry is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Chrome/Firefox/IE web browsers.

Position Summary: This position will prospect candidates interested in our Dedicated and over the road positions. This is a fast paced, high call volume environment. This position will be contacting hot leads to qualify and evaluate a prospective Class A driver.
Starting pay: This position offers uncapped commission opportunities!

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• A minimum of three (3) years customer service experience is required
• Short cycle inside sales or recruiting experience is a plus
• Experience in or knowledge of trucking industry is a plus
• Proficient at functional use of Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient at functional use of web Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.
