Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a recruiter to recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified Class A Drivers in a fast-paced environment. The role involves sourcing applicants, conducting phone interviews to gather work history and skills, and providing information on job opportunities within the company.

You will also process applications, perform background screenings including MVR and DAC, and perform retention calls to maintain relationships with drivers and track intake data across multiple

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently; bi-lingual Spanish a plus
