Job summary

Dynamic Transit in Granite City, IL is seeking a Truck Driver Recruiter to connect qualified CDL drivers with the right opportunities. You will engage candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and apply DOT regulations and company standards to make hires.

You will use our ATS, social media, and recruiting tools to build a strong pipeline, maintain candidate relationships, interview applicants, and present offers while delivering a positive candidate experience.
