This role supports the full applicant journey from initial contact through orientation, while strengthening relationships that help fill trucks and improve hiring performance.

• Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term relationships with drivers.

Role Overview

In this hybrid position based in Harlingen, TX 78552, you will partner with recruiting and operations to align driver hiring needs with consistent outreach. You will use phone-based screening, ongoing communication, and targeted advertising to identify strong candidates and guide them through onboarding.
