Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service (logging) preferred.
• Experience with transportation permitting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review driver applications and inquiries.
• Verify previous employment for drivers.
• DAC reporting on terminated drivers.
• Employment verification for prior drivers.
• IC insurance compliance tasks and monitoring.
• Maintain/audit IC insurance websites.
• Process 1166 paperwork for ICs (work comp and occ acc).
• Rider/Passenger insurance policy compliance.
• Maintain/audit participant documentation.
• File and maintain current/new drivers' DQ files.
• Assist with miscellaneous insurance tasks as needed.
• HazMat, GeoTab, and permit assistance as needed.
• Contribute to other projects as assigned.
