Mission Staffing is seeking a polished Personal Assistant for a Financial Services Firm in Greenwich, CT. This hands-on role requires highly organized, discreet, and dependable support in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Based in Greenwich, Monday–Friday, $30/hour with potential temp-to-perm. Responsibilities include errands, scheduling, transportation, and coordinating household logistics; you will work closely with the Senior Personal Assistant and must have a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Previous Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, Household Assistant, or high-touch support experience.
• Polished, personable, discreet, and highly reliable.
• Flexible and comfortable handling changing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a private residence.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal errands, shopping, returns, and pickups/drop-offs
• Coordinate appointments, reservations, and daily schedules
• Drive family members and assist with transportation needs
• Support household logistics and miscellaneous personal requests
• Work closely with the Senior Personal Assistant
