Job summary

Central Oregon Truck Co is hiring a Payroll Administrator in Redmond, OR to handle weekly driver payroll with accuracy and timeliness. The role collaborates closely with drivers to ensure understanding of pay statements and earnings, while supporting the Lead Payroll Administrator in a team-driven culture.

The position requires at least 2 years of payroll experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of payroll experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process driver payroll weekly via ADP.
• Approve daily loads and payroll changes in a timely manner.
• Review trips for paid miles and IFTA miles.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and provide information as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
