Job summary

Center For Family Services is seeking a reliable Driver / Support Worker for Nourished Neighbors in Essex & Passaic counties, NJ. The role involves food access, pantry operations, market setup, distribution, and administrative support.

The position requires driving 3+ years, a valid license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and basic data entry along with strong interpersonal skills. A sign-on bonus and organization-provided ServSafe training are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry 50–70 pounds.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
• Basic computer and administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of food markets and pantry operations.
• Stock, pack, and move food and supplies.
• Assist with loading/unloading food and program materials.
• Support safe transportation and food distribution using a company vehicle.
• Maintain accurate inventory and distribution records.
