Job summary

Summit School Services LLC is seeking a supervisory leader to oversee daily driver and monitor activities, ensuring safe, compliant bus operations while coaching staff and maintaining high service levels.

The role involves coordinating with Driver Recruitment, monitoring performance, and preparing reports. Candidates should bring 5+ years in related work with relevant supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ work experience required, with 3 years in ground transportation preferred; this can be waived with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of service promises, policies and procedures to manage drivers/monitors across locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong relationship-building and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of drivers and monitors for safe bus operations and compliance with safety training processes.
• Provides guidance to drivers on issues (customer complaints, safety, time-off requests) and determines corrective actions.
• Collaborates with Driver Recruitment in interviewing and facilities for driver hires.
