Summit School Services is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee daily driver and monitor operations, ensuring safe transportation and adherence to company policies. This role focuses on coaching, issue resolution, and maintaining a positive work environment across multiple locations.

The position requires 5+ years in transportation with at least 3 years in supervision; strong communication, time management, and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
• 5+ years’ work experience; 3 years in ground transportation preferred; can be waived with 1-year supervisory experience.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily driver/monitor activities, ensuring safety and policy compliance.
• Provides guidance to drivers on issues like complaints and safety.
• Assists Driver Recruitment with interviews and facilities.
• Coaches staff to boost motivation and customer service.
• Collects time sheets and monitors on-time performance.
• Prepares timely reports and enforces company policies.
• Evaluates performance and administers discipline when needed.
• Promotes ethical conduct and safeguarding commitments.
• Other duties as assigned.
