Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily work direction to drivers to ensure safe and efficient operations and meet customer requirements.
• Monitor daily activity and adjust load assignments; communicate with internal teams and locations.
• Maintain routes and use routing software to improve efficiency and costs.
• Create schedules, approve time, resolve timekeeping issues, and monitor overtime.
• Ensure daily paperwork for each load is complete and accurate for DOT reporting.
• Prepare and distribute KPI reports and operational analyses.
