Qualifications

• Class B CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Leadership experience required.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills expected.
• Strong organization and attention to detail mandatory.
• Complete background check, drug screen and medical exam as applicable.
• Background checks and physicals per position requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily route operations and driver performance.
• Train, coach, and manage sales and service route drivers.
• Ensure on-time service delivery and respond to service requests.
• Conduct end-of-day/morning check-ins with drivers and prep for the day.
• Fill in as driver when needed to cover absences.
• Provide field coaching and sales training to drivers.
• Meet with customers to discuss needs and identify opportunities.
• Schedule services to prevent and resolve route issues and complaints.
• Ensure mandated paperwork and files are complete and organized.
• Adhere to DOT, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
