Job summary

Safety-Kleen in Eagan, MN is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver. This role trains to drive a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products/services on a defined route.

Starting pay is $26.00 hourly DOE + OT. Comprehensive health benefits after 30 days, 401K with company match, and tuition reimbursement are provided. Opportunities for growth and professional development accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL is required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Background check, drug test, and physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by following safe work practices and policies.
• May visit 10–12 customer sites per day.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions.
• Service parts washer machines and clean sediment from sinks.
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field.
• Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing type businesses.
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups promptly.
• Follow local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rules.
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with DOT and other requirements.
• Record activities as required and observe EH&S guidelines.
