Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills expected.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer skills required (MS Office, systems).
• Successful completion of background check, drug test and physical as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and comply with all policies and safe practices.
• Train, develop, and manage route drivers to meet daily expectations.
• Manage flow of service requests and ensure timely customer service.
• Perform End-of-day and Morning check-in/check-out with drivers to prepare for the day.
• Fulfils duties of route driver when needed and provide field coaching.
