Job summary

JBS Carriers, Inc. seeks a Driver Manager in Cactus, TX to oversee drivers, coordinate schedules, and ensure safe, compliant operations. You will support daily driver needs, manage vacations, and resolve issues to maintain service levels.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and experience in transportation/logistics management, with a preference for those who have managed drivers and understood DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years in transportation or logistics management preferred.
• Experience managing drivers or logistics operations highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support drivers in day-to-day operations and scheduling.
• Coordinate truck utilization, schedules, costs, and on-time deliveries.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety protocols with coaching sessions.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs with the shop.
• Create driver schedules and optimize routes for efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for driver concerns and relations.
