Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in transportation, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years in transportation or logistics management preferred.
• Previous experience managing drivers or logistics operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support drivers in day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate utilization of trucks and ensure timely delivery operations.
• Oversee driver adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs with the maintenance team.
• Create and adjust driver schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Serve as primary contact for driver concerns and maintain strong driver relations.
