The role emphasizes driver safety, DOT compliance, and efficient delivery, with a base salary range and annual bonus eligibility. This position reports to the Terminal Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in transportation or logistics management preferred.
• Experience managing drivers or logistics operations preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support drivers in day-to-day operations.
• Manage driver-related functions, including vacation and home time scheduling, employee relations, and claims handling.
• Coordinate the utilization of JBS trucks with the daily schedule.
• Ensure efficient and timely delivery operations and monitor driver performance.
• Address operational issues such as breakdowns and delays promptly.
• Oversee safety compliance with DOT regulations and coaching sessions.
