Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, or 1–3 years of dispatch experience.
• Proficient with truck dispatch software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ETAs with load planners.
• Use McLeod to assign work to drivers nationwide.
• Direct daily driver activities to territories or dedicated operations.
• Guide drivers on compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Ensure drivers are safe, productive, and deliver on-time.
• Counsel drivers and assist with on-the-road issues.
• Assist drivers with documents like license renewals and drug tests.
