Job summary

Diamond State Trucking, part of the PS Logistics family, is seeking a Driver Manager to oversee daily driver activities across the country. You will coordinate with load planners, assign work using McLeod, and ensure safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or 1–3 years dispatch/fleet management).
• Proficient with truck dispatch software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ETAs with load planners.
• Use McLeod to assign work to drivers nationwide.
• Direct daily driver activities to territories per policies.
• Guide drivers on local, state and federal trucking rules.
• Ensure drivers are safe, productive and on-time.
• Counsel drivers and assist with over‑the‑road issues.
• Help drivers keep licenses and documents up to date.
