Job summary

Diamond State Trucking & Logistics seeks a Driver Manager to supervise daily driver activities and optimize fleet performance. You will communicate ETAs, assign work via McLeod, and ensure on-time deliveries across territories.

The role requires a logistics-related degree or 1–3 years in dispatch; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential. Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in dispatch or fleet management.
• Proficient experience with truck dispatch software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flatbed experience a plus.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ETAs with load planners.
• Use McLeod to assign work to drivers nationwide.
• Direct daily activities of drivers to territories or dedicated operations.
• Guide drivers on compliance with local, state, and federal trucking laws.
• Ensure drivers are safe, productive, and on-time.
• Counsel drivers and assist with over-the-road issues.
• Assist with keeping important documents up to date (license renewal, drug tests, physicals).
