Job summary

Diamond State Trucking, headquartered in Malvern, AR, is seeking a Driver Manager to oversee the daily activity of our driver personnel, ensuring safety, on-time deliveries, and adherence to company policies.

You will use McLeod to assign work nationwide, guide drivers across designated territories, and support them with regulatory compliance, documentation, and career development, in a Monday–Friday schedule with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field or 1–3 years dispatch or fleet management experience.
• Proficient with truck dispatch software.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ETAs with load planners.
• Utilize McLeod to assign work to drivers nationwide.
• Direct daily activities of drivers to territories or dedicated operations.
• Provide guidance on local, state and federal trucking regulations.
• Ensure drivers are safe, productive and on-time.
• Counsel drivers and assist with over-the-road issues.
• Help drivers keep documents up to date (license renewals, drug tests, physicals).
