The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely onboarding, with exposure to Motive, Tenstreet, Paycom, and related systems. A CDL and trucking experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CDL preferred.
• Experience in trucking, transportation, or driver onboarding.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common systems.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and sensitive records.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver driver orientation sessions.
• Facilitate onboarding documentation and FMCSA compliance steps.
• Coordinate road tests and equipment readiness evaluations.
• Train drivers on Motive, Paycom, Tenstreet, and other systems.
• Maintain orientation records and generate reports.
