Job summary

Mead Lumber in Manhattan, KS delivers merchandise to customer jobsites and unloads materials to ensure customer satisfaction. You will learn company products, procedures, and our customer service philosophy while driving safely and maintaining equipment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to operate a forklift and a willingness to grow with the company. Physical effort to lift up to 75 pounds and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• CDL is a plus.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.

Job Summary:

Primary responsibility is to drive company vehicles to deliver merchandise to customer jobsites and physically unload the materials to the customer's satisfaction. Help load and unload trucks, put merchandise away, clean up yard.
