Requirements include 2+ years in Operations/Planning or Customer Accounts, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. Salary ranges $55k–$60k with potential bonus and benefits.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Ability to lead others and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fleet of 30+ drivers and optimize productivity.
• Review P/L for assigned area to maximize profitability.
• Develop relationships with Driving Associates to improve safety, service and retention.
• Coach associates to hit mileage goals and manage home time.
• Coordinate with planners, sales, and account teams to ensure current information and service.
