Job summary

Stevens Transport INC. seeks a Fleet Manager to supervise inbound/outbound events for a long-haul driver fleet and ensure safe, on-time deliveries. Drive engagement, optimize driver performance, and maintain strong DOT compliance.

You’ll coach drivers, review schedules, route for home time, and communicate disruptions while fostering a positive team environment and providing real-time data to planning systems.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills in Windows with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle shifting priorities.
• Proven track record of rational decision-making in routine and emergency situations.
• Ability to manage high volumes of inbound email and calls.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver relationships as coach and advocate.

Department:OperationsJob Description:JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Fleet Manager to be responsible for managing and supervising all inbound and outbound/events for an assigned fleet of non-union, long-haul drivers to guarantee safe, on-time delivery.
