Education and Experience
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Transportation industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in map reading and navigation is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working independently and adept at prioritizing tasks.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

Total cash compensation range of this position is $69,500 to $94,500, including a base salary range of $57,500 to $82,500 and a first-year training incentive of $12,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
