Education And Experience

  • A degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Transportation industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in map reading and navigation is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working independently and adept at prioritizing tasks.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Driver Engagement: Build trusting relationships and provide ongoing support to our driver team.
  • Leadership Development: Train and empower drivers to achieve both personal and company goals.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline operations and deliver exceptional service.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total cash compensation range of this position is $69,500 to $94,500 including a base salary range of $57,500 to $82,500 and first-year training incentive of $12,000. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
  • Anderson Trucking Service is committed to supporting our employees with a comprehensive benefits package. Employees will have the opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k retirement savings plan effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
