Location: Aleja Bosne Srebrene 125, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (This is an in-office position; remote work is not available)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00–23:00

Projected Salary: 2,000 BAM (Base + Bonuses)

Year 1 Projection: Approximately 2,500 BAM

Year 2 Projection: Approximately 3,000 BAM

Training: Paid training provided

English Requirement: C1 Proficiency Required

What You’ll Do

As a Driver Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our driver team while supporting BHX Logistics. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Optimize Driver Dispatch Settings: Review and refine driver dispatch settings to align with their weekly goals and maximize earnings.
2. Build and Maintain Driver Relationships: Foster trust, provide personalized support, and address concerns to ensure driver satisfaction and productivity.
3. Engage with Brokers: Follow up with brokers to secure additional opportunities and build strong, professional relationships.
4. Proactively Book Loads: Utilize our proprietary TMS, Milestone, to monitor auto-bidding features and secure additional loads when needed.
5. Sell Loads to Drivers: Present available loads to drivers effectively, ensuring alignment with their preferences and maximizing utilization.
6. Track Performance Metrics: Monitor driver performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
7. Appreciate and Recognize Drivers: Implement driver appreciation initiatives to foster motivation, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
8. Assist with Operational Issues: Act as a problem solver for drivers, brokers, and other stakeholders, addressing challenges quickly and effectively.
