• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $72,000 per year based on experience
• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Additional hours and days as needed to support business needs.

Summary

The Driver Manager, titled internally as Manager Customer Logistics, oversees daily operations, manages drivers, and ensures operational and safety compliance.

• Manage dedicated drivers
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams
• Manage routes, hours of service, fleet maintenance, and compliance
• Handle payroll, hiring, training, and mentoring
• Work with distribution teams for seamless goods movement
• Manage 30 drivers
