Position Summary
Promote and maintain a good relationship with our primary customer, USPS, by monitoring key performance indicators such as contractual obligations, service fulfillment, on-time service, equipment and driver performance, schedule optimization, and vendor relations. Manage and develop relationships with drivers and maintain the fleet to increase overall driver productivity and retention. Collaborate closely with drivers, customers, and internal departments to meet company objectives.

Essential Job Functions

  • Support ADP Time and Attendance entries for Payroll. (Validate, Enforce Compliance).
  • Manage utilization of Fleet Management Tools and data.
  • Manage In-Cab ELD devices (Installations, Upkeep, Troubleshooting).
  • Manage Driver Schedules and updates.
  • Ensure accurate data in TMS system.
  • Vehicle Assignments.
  • Ensure drivers adhere to DVIR policies.
  • Monitor and manage On-Time Reports.
  • Handle Late Slip and Extra Slip Management.
  • Manage Driver Requests and Issues after hours.
  • Support Breakdown Response and Recovery.
  • Coordinate rental and fleet repair needs.
  • Assist with Driver License/Medical Card expiration mitigation.
  • Coordinate employee accommodations.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts.
  • Ensure timely benefit applications.
  • Manage USPS Postal Badging processes.
  • Manage Fuel Cards.
  • Maintain TMS and ELD Driver and Equipment Profiles.
  • Enforce policies through coaching and disciplinary actions.
  • Report safety and security concerns.
  • Support USPS Customer Service.
  • Oversee dock presence for operational and safety performance.
  • Coordinate accident and injury mitigation.
  • Follow COVID-19 protocols.
  • Promote driver appreciation and recognition programs.

Schedule and Compensation
Monday-Friday, 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM (may vary). Salary based on experience ($65K/year), to be discussed.
