Qualifications

• 1+ year in maintenance, minor repairs, painting or grounds upkeep.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Compassionate communication and teamwork with residents.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required (online not accepted).
• Valid fingerprint clearance card before start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment reconditioning tasks, fixture installation and general repairs.
• Maintain community areas and document work orders, certifications, and scheduling.
• Assist in safety preparedness and participate in safety drills and emergencies.
