Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at Lake Pleasant Village in Peoria, AZ to perform routine upkeep on the apartment community. The role supports make-ready tasks, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep units and common areas in good condition.

You should be dependable, punctual, and a team player with experience in apartment maintenance. A valid driver's license and flexible availability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call as required.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
