Orchard Pointe at Terrazza in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Driver/Maintenance Assistant to support residents and maintain the community. You’ll perform repairs, help with safety readiness, and keep records of work orders and certifications.

What You’ll Do:

As a Driver/Maintenance Assistant, you’ll play a hands‑on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Performing apartment reconditioning tasks, including fixture installation and general repairs.
• Maintaining all areas of the community to the highest standard, ensuring proper record-keeping for work orders, certifications, and scheduling.
• Assisting in safety preparedness of associates and residents, participating in Safety Committee Meetings, fire drills, and other emergency exercises.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in maintenance, minor repairs, painting, and grounds upkeep, with the ability to operate applicable tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Compassionate communication and teamwork skills.
• Current in-person CPR/First Aid certification (online not accepted).
• Valid fingerprint clearance card (required prior to start).
