Swift Transportation is looking for a detail-oriented professional to audit driver Daily Logs and ensure compliance with FMCSR. The role involves editing E-logs, responding to support inquiries, and applying corrective actions as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of transportation exposure, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and AS400. This position emphasizes accuracy, investigations, and adherence to HOS guidelines.

Qualifications

• One year of transportation experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented; proficient with Microsoft Office suite and AS400.
• Possess investigative skills; excellent verbal and written communication; analytical; positive attitude and highly motivated.
• Proficient in HOS rules/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Audit driver Daily Logs for accuracy and Hours of Service violations.
• Prepare and submit findings to management and apply corrective action per policy.
• Edit E-logs when requested via phone, email, or paper logs.
• Respond to Log Support inquiries and resolve issues.
• Complete related research and assign driving events.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere to support business operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
