• Conditional offer requires submission of criminal history reports and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identification, provide forms and information
• Give knowledge tests and vision screenings
• Enter applicant information and test results into on-line systems
• Explain licensing requirements including REAL ID rules
• Prepare letters, scan forms, and apply fee waiver codes as needed
• Travel to other driver license centers when required
