Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of truck driving experience.
• Team leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check drivers in and out, including truck assignment and vehicle inspection.
• Ensure drivers have correct paperwork and depart promptly for routes.
• Manage routing, collection, and bin placements.
• Train Drivers according to Driver Training Manual.
• Audit drivers and routes for adherence and safety.
• Investigate theft and conduct internal/external investigations.
• Verify routes are run as planned and bins are emptied.
• Reroute collection routes and monitor truck tracking applications.
• Ensure the collection database is updated timely.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

3-5 years of truck driving experience

Team leadership experience (preferred)
