Job summary

GroundSystems, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking Landscaping Crew Members to join a fast-growing, locally-owned team. No CDL required. You will perform mowing, trimming, planting and general groundskeeping while supporting snow operations in winter. A valid license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; CDL not required.
• At least 20 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Landscaping experience is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping.
• Pruning trees and shrubs.
• Maintaining perennial beds.
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
• Driving trucks and trailers (valid license required).
• Supporting snow and ice management during winter months.
