Job summary

GroundSystems, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio is hiring Drivers: Landscaping Crew Members to deliver reliable outdoor maintenance.

This full-time, year-round role involves mowing, planting, pruning, operating equipment, and assisting with snow and ice management. CDL not required.

You must be at least 20, have a valid license, lift up to 50 lbs, and enjoy working outdoors with a team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (CDL not required).
• At least 20 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Landscaping experience is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping.
• Pruning trees and shrubs.
• Maintaining perennial beds.
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
• Driving trucks and trailers (valid license required).
• Supporting snow and ice management during winter months.

As a Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch landscaping services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
